Based in Todmorden and Hebden Bridge, Calderdale Sound Women Network

are a loose collective with a shared interest of sound and music in all its forms. We meet roughly once a month during which plans for projects are hatched and experiences shared. We also get together to share our music and create new work in improvisational jams.

  • Juxtavoices & Murmurists double-bill performance 7pm Sat 26th October
    Anthony Donovan’s Murmurists is a large-scale live theatre project, encompassing any and all disciplines – from free jazz and noise, through film and dance.   • Re-so[u]rceries and Re-sonations at Treignac Projet
    From Wednesday 13 to Friday 15 August 2019 , [the gathering…the chewing] will be immersed in the multiple materialities, sonic possibilities and organic environment of the Treignac Projet in Correze, France creating a site-specific response of live micro-performances during Friday 15 August 2019.
